A roundup of helpful social media articles I've found this week:

I think this is a great new feature from a customer service standpoint. There's been such an increase of customers reaching out to companies via twitter for customer service support, rants, and raves; so this feature will be super helpful. Rather than having to have the customer email you for support, you can do it without leaving twitter but off of the public feed.

As someone who uses the internet to figure out how to do anything and everything, I can see how this is on the rise. I'll google anything from photoshop how to's, to hair braiding how to's, stain cleaning how to's, the list goes on and on. With more and more people having video access on every and any device, it makes sense that this would be on the rise. I think it's a great tool for becoming a resourceful and reputable brand, not just a brand that pushes promotions 24/7. A lot of companies still have yet to implement video content and marketing, so brands that do definetly will have an edge.

With Google rolling out new analytic features and changes monthly, it's always good to refresh your knowledge.

Facebook advertising involves a lot of trial, error, and close attention to detail, more so than some would think. Tweaking the littlest things can have such a great impact on your ad campaigns. This article really emphasizes that. Even though you paid for the ad, it's not going to do the work for you. You still have to follow through by making sure the whole advertising cycle is flowing and converting correctly.

Another article on video, because I think this channel of marketing has grown and is going to continue to grow alot over the next few years. With Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter all with integrated video, this channel is going to be a must for all marketers soon enough.
