Morning Flow Monday

Namaste Friends! Monday being the day that is, makes it a perfect day to work on a goood morning flow. Because mondays are always extra sleepy, and usually require more waking up and stretching, and mental prep to get ready for the week ahead.
So i have yet to develop my actual blog yet because I'm still working on a good name. Naming it is so hard! So anyways, that will be underway soon, but in the meantime I will post a majority of my blog posts here.
So today, Monday August 24th- the last week of August... whaaaaat?? When did that happen? I'm so not ready for summer to be over. I could write 50 more paragraphs whining about this, so I won't bore you on how I just want to live a lifetime of summerss.
So its morning flow monday! Lately I've been trying to get a good morning flow in every morning. Due to finances I can't afford to take as many yoga classes as I would like, but this has given me a great opportunity to develop my personal and at home practice. I've started working on my own flows, but I'm still working on growing them, and making them more fluid and in the moment.
I've started trying to alternating every few days with morning flow sequence i found on the internet, and my own flow. Last week I tried this flow:

I really enjoyed this. I love her personality, and how she doesnt take herself too seriously.
